Terms and conditions

• Pre-booking is advised
• Full payment before tour is required
• Credit card details are used to hold the booking and will be charged in the event that passengers do not show up or cancel their booking on the day of the trip
• Please note that groups are required to arrive 15 minutes before their tour time for essential safety briefing and to put on the splash-proof gear and lifejackets.
• Groups arriving late forfeit their tour unless we can reschedule to other times/dates or have their tour route altered. These options are entirely at Sea Safari's discretion.
• Safari durations and routes are subject to change due to weather conditions
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Persons who suffer from heart complaints, back complaints or who are pregnant should not travel.
• Children must be over 8 years old and accompanied by an adult. This is for safety and is a legal requirement.
• Full refunds available if Safari is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions
• Lifejackets supplied and must be worn at all times
• We cannot guarantee specific bird or wildlife sightings
• Although two piece splash proof clothing is provided, we recommend that you should wear warm clothing underneath
• Third party liability insurance is provided
• Personal items (e.g. cameras) are carried at the passenger’s own risk.
• All vessels operated by Sea Safari are licensed by the Department of Communications, Marine & Natural Resources.
• All information is correct at the time of posting but is subject to change.
• Tour operators booking on behalf of Sea Safari MUST contact Sea Safari and receive confirmation of booking date and time before confirming with their clients. Sea Safari is not responsible for clients wishing to travel who have not received this confirmation.
